New! Music group for infants and their parents (in German)

Music has a stimulating effect on the body and mind, and can lead to improved physical and mental development of babies and toddlers.

In 10 one-hour sessions you will help your baby / infant develop motor skills and coordination as they become aware of sound and rhythm through music.

Groups are limited to ten babies / infants (0 to 18 months) with their parent(s).
The courses are lead by a professional pianist and singer, and take place every Thursday at 10.30 a.m.
Enjoy 30 minutes of clapping, swaying, bouncing and singing with our music pedagogist, followed by time for you and your child to interact with the rest of the group.

The courses take place in our light and spacious, warm and child-friendly rooms. We place special emphasis on creating a safe and natural environment: natural rubber flooring throughout, wooden equipment and furniture, organic paint. We have comfortable changing facilities for your child and even a little shower.

A look at our principles

Children aged three to four and five to six come together in classes of up to ten to discover the beauty of music.
Elementary teaching of music and arts is structured around two closely related principles: firstly, using all the senses to perceive and respond to the art form, and secondly, acquiring technical skills and abilities.

The main principle behind the course is that the arts provide an open space for experiences. Through a variety of fun activities – explorations, musical games, action songs, communicating through instruments and art, etc. – the children learn to appreciate their different senses and develop emotional, social and communication skills.
